Delivery was delayed for 2 days beyond estimated delivery date, sitting in courier service facility for that length of time according to tracking info. But shipment delay is beyond vendor’s control. Vendor was responsive to questions.

  Very happy with this seller. Clock was wrapped up very securely, with extra care taken where required. Shipping was prompt and arrived in short order.
