  The item arrive unblemished, in completely secure packaging and was completely as described. I did have an issue with the game itself and I messaged the seller and within minutes they responded with possible solutions and offered to return the item if we couldn't get the game to function properly. Their solutions worked perfectly and item was able to continue gaming with no issues less than 20 minutes after I initially messaged the seller. 10/10 customer service.   Nice quality, item had good appearance and was as described, good condition and an excellent value. Item arrived albeit late, I don't know if it's processing or mailing issue, but it did arrive and packaging was done well. Willing to buy from seller again.

  Great seller here. I received the wrong game the first time, reached out to the seller, he immediately resent a new one. This one was also the wrong game so he found out what the issue was, send the third one along with a free game for my trouble. Finally got the right game. Brand new, excellent game, I appreciate his professionalism throughout this whole process.

  Amazing customer service! I had an issue with a delivery and they messaged me back right away, refunded me right away, and even gifted a free game for my troubles. I can't complain. Instead of losing a customer, they gained a customer. I respect that.

  Game is messed up but seller was great to deal with. He sent me a new game and it still had the same issue. So he gave me most of my money back and I sent back one of the games so he can test it. His vendor is still trying to fix the problem with saving the game. I wish the game worked right but I know that the seller isn't the one that made the game. Hopefully it will get resolved soon and I can get one that works properly
