  Customer service is excellent with this seller. She went over & above to help find the product I was looking for. I believe the Post Office mis-delivered my product, as I never received it. The Seller generously refunded & did all she could communicating with me to figure out what happened & to please me. I don’t blame her. She provide A+ customer service. (I fault the US PO for problems encountered) But seller provided great follow up, customer satisfaction & resolution. (Updated review)

  Good seller, Item was mostly as described. Racquet was stated to have 4 3/4 in. grip but actually has 4 1/2 grip - a big difference and a disappointment but not enough to get upset about. Packaging was rather flimsy but item arrived with no damage. Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase.
