  PC was packaged very well and arrived as described. The PSU wound up dead but swapping in a spare and it boots up just fine. Given the age of the hardware and that it was listed as untested this was a great value. 5 stars and the seller has been favorited!

  Pictures and text describe exactly what there is. Powers on, but does not boot. Fast shipping and well packaged. I did ask the seller a few questions, but he never responded. Maybe he was out of town. It does look like it got pulled out of a lot of water and was sitting on its front cover, because large chunks of rust as big as a penny are coming out of it.
