  The postage was about right but due to tracking being provided, I had not idea when it would be delivered, having said that it arrived in the time predicted. Packaging of the parcel was excellent, making sure that the item arrived in perfect condition. The description was exactly correct the product being 'clean and in excellent condition'. Considering everything, I think the whole package was excellent value and I am very pleased with my purchase.

  I loved the look of this planner and eventually had to have it. Seller was very accommodating and sent via Royal Mail and I couldn’t believe when it was sent yesterday and arrived this morning. It’s even better than I thought it’s so clean and the leather is so soft and a lovely colour. Absolutely beautiful and I love it, I’m so glad I bought it. Well packaged and great value for a quality item. Great seller, thank you.

  We cancelled the tray because the seller advised us that there was a mark on it which he had not previously noted so, whilst I was disappointment not to order the item, I am grateful to the seller for being honest with me and even offered to waive the delivery costs. Would highly rate this seller because of the professional way he handled the order and subsequent cancellation

  This seller is fantastic! They have been amazing during this sale. I had some issues with the delivery which they helped me resolve (nothing to do with the seller). The seller parcelled the pony up beautifully and provided tracking. Pony is perfect! Communication was great - prompt, patient and helpful.. just wonderful, thank you!
