  There was a problem with the quality of the control arm I ordered. The seller immediately refunded the whole amount of my purchase after I sent pictures of the damage incurred. The seller did not mess around or make excuses for the problem they provided excellent customer service and immediately refunded my purchase price. Excellent!!!

  This seller is exceptional. He had sent me the wrong piece by mistake, but fortunately for me he had included a really nice slip of paper in with it that had his number if there were any issues. I called and he had the correct castle sent out the next day. It arrived today and I could not be happier with it. It is exactly as described, and came shipped extremely carefully. I would be a repeat customer with this seller in a heartbeat!
