  Item arrived quickly and packed against potential damage, and it is exactly as described by seller. I purchased this item for less than other identical pieces being sold and, yet, the quality of this one is comparable to those being sold for more, so I appreciate the savings and value. Slight damage did occur during shipment (unavoidable) but seller was prompt in responding and a very fair compromise was determined. I highly recommend this seller and will happily do business with them again.

  The order was shipped promptly & the items were well packed - so the packaging did it's job. The items were a bit of a puzzle to me so I contacted the seller and they were very communicative. Turns out that there was information from another listing in the item description, for which the seller was most apologetic about. We arrived at an amicable and equitable solution and I will be buying from the seller - great customer service attitude and follow through!

  I recently bought a used Vocopro UHF 5800 Wireless system & I can’t say enough good things about my experience! Right from the start, the seller was super communicative, That really eased my mind before I hit the buy button. To my delight, my item arrived much faster than I expected. When I unpacked it, everything was in great shape, just as described. Overall, I’m really happy with my purchase. I also appreciated the support from the seller.   Sells broken items and doesn’t mention the flaw. Seller tells me to glue it… really nice. Tells me that it was not broken when it was shipped, from the seller’s own pictures I can see that it was damaged when I looked closer. I feel the seller was fully aware of the defect. I don’t feel like going through the hassle of fighting with this seller over a $20 item so this is my first and last purchase from them. Extremely poor experience.

  Seller had every right to open a return if unhappy. Item was not damaged when shipped out. Only wanted a refund. Sellers beware
