  I can’t say enough how much I enjoy buying from this seller. I had some hiccups occur with customs and wasn’t sure what was going on with receiving this package. After contacting this seller, not only did they reassure me that they would do all in their power to help things along, but the next day my package cleared customs.   Wow! PERFECT Transaction. 5-stars for ALL Categories. Japanese Chisels were exactly as advertised- no nasty surprises. The package was shipped the VERY NEXT BUSINESS DAY (March 24) after I paid (March 21), plus it was ALSO in the custody of the USPS that SAME DAY! The VERY NEXT DAY after shipping FROM JAPAN, the package arrived in OHIO, USA then delivered on March 25. SUPERB use of bubble-wrap AND crumpled paper for EXCELLENT shipping protection. Transaction COULD NOT have BEEN BETTER IMO!

  From Japan to fly over state - in 5 days - that is amazing - considering the time it takes some laggards on here to get an item to the post office and then considering how the post office is less that speedy in so many cases - rusty but trusty - these chisels just need some love - surface rust - but all of them are solid and a good price I got them for - great shipping - good communication - this seller takes the time to talk to you about the process - friendly and has good business model - buy
