  The ribbon was exactly as required. The customer service from this supplier was excellent. They contacted me to clarify the colour I had ordered and suggested alternative colour options for the text as the one I had chosen I was told wouldn't show up as well. I am over the moon with the final choice and it has worked so well. I would have no hesitation in recommending this supplier.

  Great quality and looks exactly as hoped for. Great value too. Sadly due to Royal Mail not being as reliable anymore it did mean the occasion it was made for was missed. The seller was very quick in responding to my queries though. Overall great product and service, just allow plenty of time if need something for a specific date.
