  Seller handling time 6 days, 4 of them working days before usps received item. It Did not arrive as pictured, was missing air filter precleaner and oill filter and oil were different than listing, i will be buying a genuine kohler service kit from different seller next time.

  6 days to create a tracking number, 9 days to actually ship. No reason given just silence after claiming that ebay allows 3 business days. Now it's arriving late. Definitely will not use this seller again.

  You ordered on the 15th (Fri) and we shipped on the 19th (Tues) so that is 2 business days to ship. Not even 6 days IF you count the weekend. We can't help what the post office does after we ship. It was delivered on the 28th, the day after you left this wonderful feedback for us.

  The item fit and came in plastic display type manufactured OEM off brand packaging. Was not the color in the description but again it did fit. Is new, appears to be of good quality, and value. It did take longer than I was expecting however there was a holiday in the shipping time.
