    Outstanding customer service. I ordered the wrong seat and when I e-mailed them they sent the correct seat out the same day, provided a return authorization number and based on that I'm sure I'll get refunded for the other seat. I would definitely buy from these folks again. Nice to be able to trust some vendors. Thank you! Steven

    Just bought low profile saddlebag guards for my 2K FLHRCI. I haven’t received this item (just shipped), but something cool happened that deserved an early review. I got a message confirming fitment and a phone number was attached. I called and was told many sellers use AI to pull manufacturer data in eBay description and they’ve had lots of returns. They spent a couple minutes looking up part numbers to ensure my part would fit and when done it shipped in seconds. I will definitely be back.

    Quick shipment however the item was missing two items which was very strange as the factory shipping box was sealed. So I contacted the seller and he responded the same day and shipped the missing parts immediately. This seller has very good and quick response to my problem and I believe you would have zero problems with this seller.
