  The condition of the Roots duffel was near perfect---maybe used once or twice at most. It was carefully packed and promptly shipped. The exact model of the duffel was different from the eBay listing, and when the seller was informed, he immediately made a price adjustment to insure that I was fully satisfied with my purchase.   Buyer didn't bother to simply reach out to me about my mistake, and despite getting an almost 50% discount, I would've still refunded to a point where they were happy with what they bought.
