Helmet came a few days late and delivered by fed ex . Seller messages me that Helmet is coming from Janesville wisconsin ( which is why I ordered from as I live about 100 or so miles from there ) but it was sent from Texas. They need to get that part straight . I'll give positive rep. This time but not the next .

Another week later they sent me an RMA without explanation. After prompting from me, they indicated I should send the wrong item back and repurchase the correct item for almost $50 more than the original purchase. I have expressed if the correct item is available, they should send it with an RMA. They seem to ignore good faith already put forth by customer.
