  Shipping was prompt and the bike was very well packaged when I unboxed it. The seller was also very helpful prior to purchasing the bicycle when I requested more information, pictures, and measurements of the geometry and was very quick to respond to my messages.   Great experience. They adjusted shipping date so I would be home during delivery. Bike was packed carefully and was in excellent condition. There was new bar tape, new tires, new brake pads and a pristine drive train. Great value. Would definitely use the seller again.

  While I noted several issues upon unpacking and assembling the bike, I could not be more satisfied with Bike Plug's response. They responded very quickly and addressed each of my issues. To be clear, the bike delivered exactly as pictured. It was in great condition, it just had a few internal issues that weren't obvious from pictures. But at the end of it all, I am a completely satisfied customer and highly recommend Bike Plug. They stepped up and stood behind their sale.
