  Bought this rain suit for a trip we planned and gave plenty of time for shipping. Seller never notified me after purchase that he was in the hospital until I asked when it would be shipped because it said it would go out next day and after a few days it did not. I get that things come up but seller had a choice to ship it faster due to his medical issue and instead didn’t ship it out so it could get to me in time instead shipped it reg shipping. Take responsibility ship fast or communicate

  Item was listed as new but I received a used product that looked nothing like picture in the description. Shipping was late due to being out of town with limited cell service and was told that item would be shipped once seller was back in town. Seller took no responsibility to fix issue or offer a refund. Avoid this seller and the products listed because you might not get what you see. I will be opening a case with eBay to resolve the issue.
