  Although the product didn't show up a timely manner as shown in the discretion, the seller showed there were problems beyond their control with delivery. With that a decision to refund my was given. I was surprised with this outcome! I thanked the company. I was also told that if the product shows to my door, to keep the product as a 'sorry for the inconvenience'. I am thankful for the outcome.

  The Fruit Picker Pole with basket, adjustable handle and fruit bag is exactly what I was looking for. It arrived in great condition and packaging and within the estimated delivery time. Seller was very helpful with tracking information. I'm looking forward to using this for picking homegrown peaches next week and for many years in the future.

  Seller's listing stated free UPS 2nd Day Shipping. Item never arrived. Contacted seller and got a refund - but NO apology or explanation. The next day, the SAME ITEM was listed by them at a HIGHER price. Unscrupulous, or a simple mistake?? YOU DECIDE!! But be forewarned....
