  Package was mailed on the 3rd of January but didn’t move for a week. I sent a message to the seller and they responded quickly and said they are working on it. I checked the status the next day and the package was finally on its way. So great service and follow through. The necklace is also in great condition. Customer service was outstanding.   Dear Seller, I hope you're doing well. I recently received my order from you—thank you for the timely delivery. The tie is beautifully made, and I truly appreciate its quality. However, I noticed that the item description indicated this was a 2-piece set, yet I only received the tie. It seems the second piece, the pocket square, is missing from my package.
