  Quick dispatch. Packed perfectly. Unfortunately royal mail was the problem not the seller and we're left to long and only 1 survived 😢. I'd advise you to a select nextday delivery. Unfortunately I didn't release I could do this. Seller responded to my messages and was refunded without hesitation. %100 I would use Seller again

  Excellent service. Each cave was individually boxed inside a bigger box with peanut styrofoam to protect them during shipment. Very happy with them and very good price too.

  When the snails arrived I noted that one of them had perished. I contacted the seller who was quick to send a replacement and all occupants are now happy in their new home. Good seller communication throughout, would definitely buy from this seller again.
