  The seller informed me that the Zoom H4N was actually out of stock and the listing was a mistake. However, instead of just giving me a refund, he offered to ship me a Zoom H4N Pro (the H4N's successor) with no additional cost! That is truly great customer service. Shipping was faster than was expected (around 2 weeks). It came in a box filled with packing peanuts. It was in good condition, as described when the seller proposed it to me. Great deal.   Lens arrived well packaged and precisely as described (the seller perhaps could have gotten away without even mentioning the "slight haze," but is honest,) as well as slightly early and at a low cost. Not only would I say that I'd buy another lens from this seller, I already have.

  Service was above and beyond. Lens better than described. Shipping was fast and packaging was excellent. Even gave a partial refund for an issue the noticed before shipping (that I am not sure I would have even caught myself). Would buy from them again -- in fact, planning on visiting them in person just because this transaction was so good.
