    The Pro Flight throttle quadrant was just as described. It did need the piece that connects it to the desk, and it did not come with it originally. I contacted the seller "Big Deals", and they were very nice and responsive ! They sent the part immediately. I would definitely buy from them again ! Very nice people, and a trusty E-bay business.

    I was expecting (based on description) the item to have an inline volume/mute control but this headset didn't have one so I started a return. The seller refunded my money and told me not to worry about returning the item, so that was nice. Even though the purchase didn't work out I appreciated the sellers responsiveness regarding the return. I would absolutely do business with them again.

    The controller I received had some issues, so as soon as I got it I messaged the seller with what issues I was having. They advised me to start the return process and all I can say is WOW. A refund was promptly applied to my account. Knowing that this store stands by their quality and customer service standards will make me a repeat customer. When everything goes smoothly with a seller it speaks well to their character, but the true test is how they react when things go wrong. 10/10 A+++++++++
