  The item was exactly as pictured and described. The seller responded promptly. The only negative I have to say is the item wasn't packaged very well and the plastic container that the pens are in was badly broken when I received it.

  We are very sorry to hear that! It's a shame when USPS can't handle their own bubble envelopes better than that. We hope none of the markers themselves were damaged.

  This seller responded to my questions in a very timely manner while others did not even respond. All things being equal, I'd always chose the sellers I feel that I'm treated with respect. This aside, the box was ripped on one side upon receipt, which I was afraid it might've impacted the garbage disposal inside. But fortunately, the product was intact. I'm hoping that this new product will function well but we haven't had it installed yet so I can't comment. I'd give this seller positive review.
