  Supplier is good. But they shipped out with normal USPS shipping, but i had paid for UPS express shipping & later they refunded the difference shipping amount. It took alomst 1 month to reach UAE & no proper info if you track the tracking number.

  After purchasing the fixture, the seller contacted me to let me know that the shipping wouldn't be able to be done until the following day, and they wanted to make sure that this was still fine. At first I agreed although the timing would be tight. After finding a fixture locally, they refunded me quickly without any problems. Very professional and courteous.
