    Fast delivery by Pitney Bowles & UPS. Exactly as described. Although the cushion was protected from the black plastic mail cover by clear plastic wrapping, some of the sticky packing tape was attached directly on the cushion. Luckily no damage was done.

    Item well packaged and arrived safely the day after the text message off the courier said it would arrive. The picture was exactly like advertised and looks amazing on the wall. Great comms off the seller who I will look forward to purchasing more in the future. A++++

    Love this picture , perfect for our bedroom. BigBoxArt were brilliant to buy from. Unfortunately my first picture was damaged in transit. I messaged the seller, they responded promptly and immediately sent me a brand new replacement…. Which arrived in perfect condition. Good value for money, good quality and great customer service! Would definitely buy from again.

    Great value. However, in situ realised they didn’t match decor of room and returned them. Contact with seller prompted a fast and helpful response. The cost was reimbursed within days. I would highly recommend this company and thank them for their service. I am sure I will be back!

    First item arrived damaged. I sent an e mail to seller with a couple of photos asking about options as the print itself is lovely. Within 10 mins I had a reply with confirmation a replacement was on its way and yes it arrived safely within a matter of days.these things happen it’s how a seller follows up that matters and service from seller was excellent
