  This was just as advertised and is in good working condition as far as we can tell. The reason it’s 4 stars instead of five was the shipping. The tracking says it was delivered on 8/20, however we just received it today on 9/11. It arrived well after it was supposed to and the package had a note that two dollars and change was overdue postage. It was free shipping and we didn’t pay any additional so not sure if that caused the delay, etc.

  Am giving a positive shipping time feedback. The package was shipped by sender quickly but was in a distribution center 50 miles from my location for 7 days before getting to me. The color was graphite instead of teal, but I prefeed that anyway. Good price.

  Luckily the product works for me. Restored hairline and hanging on to hair on the top. Easy to apply and faint odor does not bother me. Item was accurately described. Shipped promptly. Got it within a week. Great seller.
