  Very disappointed. I have doubts this item was NIB as described, it wasn't sealed in inner packing nor in a poly bag, as EVERY other Willow Tree figurine I've ever purchased. Also, angel ornament was not as pictured (stock photo was used instead showing a hanging hook) and this one has no hook, so I can't use it. ALSO, it was also broken. Of course, seller does not accept returns so I'm stuck with a piece of garbage. I thought I was safe since item was “new.” Positive note: shipping was prompt.
