  I received the item that I ordered in good time and excellent condition! By my mistake, I contacted the seller and explained that I received the wrong item and the wrong quantity. There was quite allot of correspondence back and forth in trying to sort out my query! Even though the information I was providing was incorrect! At all times in our correspondence, the seller communicated with me with politeness and utmost professionalism! And for that, I'm sincerely grateful! Best wishes to you!

  Major blunder by the courier company, as they delivered to the wrong person at the wrong address. This was not the fault of the seller. The seller was great, and offered me a replacement or a refund immediately. Eventually the courier was able to retrieve the parcel and dlivered it to me. All good, it was great to deal with a responsible and honest seller.

  The product was as described however the postage was disappointing. The courier did not communicate and my parcel sat in their depot for two weeks before being delivered. I only got information about it after I chased it up.

  Watch band is exactly as described. Love the colours. The seller emailed concerned that the item hadn't been delivered. I replied to the email and a replacement was sent and arrived in a couple of days. Would highly recommend this seller and I will definitely be purchasing from them again!!

  eBay did nothing to resolve the ongoing issue, purchase was for $5.99, then the seller claimed they could not send to the address provided, so i provided an alternative address, then the seller doubled the price and seller sent to incorrect address(Or did they),so the purchase would be cancelled in the hope i would purchase from them at the increased price,so eBay have failed to protect the buyer, again eBay looking after fraudulent sellers, very unhappy with the seller & very unhappy with eBay.

  Sent to wrong address, contacted seller. He quickly replied and sent the product to my proper address, no questions asked. Great service
