  The item was exactly as described by the seller. Shipping was on time and a tracking number was provided immediately after placing the order. The item was well protected, they placed the figure inside a small box with bubble wrap and then placed that box inside a slightly larger box and filled that with packing paper for extra protection. While the price was a bit high, I am satisfied with my purchase and would shop from this seller again.

  The mouse was not the item I was expecting, but the seller accepted a return of the item. The mouse I received was left-handed, which is shown in the photos but not mentioned anywhere in the listings. I'm happy with the customer service in response to my request to return the mouse.
