  This item was listed as BRAND NEW but clearly not. I think it was more likely an item that was returned to the store; open box. The box had been previously opened with cardboard inside, clearly not belonging to the item. It was missing a rubber foot on the bottom of the unit that caused it to sit lopsided. I did contact the seller that sent me the missing piece. Shipping took an excessive amount of time.

  This item was ordered to replace a 15 yr old MR. Coffee brewer that had a leak-which I was able to fix-so I haven't used this item. However, I ordered it because it is very similar to what I have, the seller stated that it was "essentially unused", it was tested and the price plus free shipping was unbeatable. I opened the package and confirmed that the seller's statement regarding condition was "spot on." It looks new and is unmarked. I am 100% satisfied.

  This seller has very excellent communication, WHICH I decided to reward by buying a double portion of 2 items instead of only one. I thought that seller might have made a mistake, but seller was correct and completely accurate and I was wrong. Item was very quickly packed and securely wrapped and rapidly shipped. I appreciate the assistance of the seller and would gladly buy from this seller again

  BLUF…item arrived in perfect shape. The issue is I ordered UPS overnight for a fishing trip off the coast of Alaska. Seller sent USPS and it didn’t arrive in time. I paid BG Anthony $150 for shipping overnight….they sent USPS (which their site states is free) and now will not refund my $150.00 dollars. I’ve contacted them several times and BG Anthony won’t respond. Easy money for them and shows clearly the low character of this business. Buyer beware.
