  I received a suncatcher with a broken chip. The seller apologized and promised to send a replacement. They never did. And when I followed up about it, there was no response whatsoever. Very bad business.

  Nothing wrong with the produce it was the delivery that was poor, I was received a email saying it was due to be delivered on Saturday between 16.20 and 18.20pm I tracked my order it was at the driver house in Queens drive and I received it on Monday afternoon, I asked the delivery driver about my order and he replied don't get on to me about it it's the assholes at Carlisle depots fault.
