  I was hesitant to make a big purchase from ebay and an overseas seller but at time of purchase DJI and others were out of stock. I had a trip that I wanted to make use of this drone, not knowing how long everywhere else was going to be out, I made the purchase. The Air 3S arrived a couple weeks later after customs and was exacly as described, brand new still factory shrink wrapped, all serial numbers match and verified from DJI website. If you need to make a purchase this is your seller.

  This was the best transaction that I ever had on ebay with the very best seller on ebay. Shipping was very fast and smooth. The tracking provided keep me informed every step of the way.   Desde Colombia, el envio llego super rápido, 4 días antes de indicado en la compra, la caja en excelente estado todo nuevo empacado original, excelente calidad, el valor acorde solo que se incremento demasiado el impuesto en mi pais, el aspecto todo super nuevo. recomiendo al vendedor...excelente volveria a comprarlo pero no para envio a Colombia.

  Recommended seller - item was shipped quickly, item looked great a d the price was right. It did come later than expected due to the post office sitting on it, then when it shipped out from New York, it went out West and was sat on for longer - I'm right next to NY and typically, it takes three days in the customs distro then it arrives. Just weird. But, it arrived, I'm happy. Recommend this seller but USPS, get with it.

  Items was new and as advertised. It took 10 days to receive but was international shipping and the $10 charge was reasonable, and it actually arrived a day early. It was extremely well packaged and arrived undamaged. Very satisfied with the transaction.
