  Although only 8/10 arrived, the communication was very good from the seller. The seller offered to send the remaining 2 or give 40% refund, which shows great people skills. At the end of the day, I chose to be happy with the 8! I would buy from seller again.

  I want to say thank you for the kind and generous attitude towards customers. The first parcel was lost due to the fault of the delivery man. Without waiting for the investigation, the owner sent me another parcel in exchange that same day. And it so happened that 2 parcels (1 lost) arrived on the same day. The owner gave it to me as a gift and refused my extra payment. The world is generous with decent people. Thank you.

  Following receiving partially damaged goods, the seller was very proactive in communicating and ensuring I was satisfied with a favourable resolution, which ended with a full refund, even though I didn t feel this necessary. I will continue to purchase the required product from them.
