  Accurately described, fairly priced, excellent communication and timely delivery. Through no fault of the sender the book arrived in ripped packaging with damaged pages and having been run over by a pallet truck or similar machinery whilst in transit with Whistle. The sender promptly refunded the purchase price and apologised although blameless. I have no qualms buying from them in the future just in their choice of delivery firm.

  Item arrived well packaged and in reasonable time,the description said it was an ex library book but didn’t say how well used the condition was,at least it was in a protective plastic cover, don’t think it was good value for the price but I have bought many books from this seller so I can forgive the oversight this time …would still use this company again and recommend them.great ebayer usually

  The book wasn’t exactly as described and there was no real picture of the initial book so when it arrived I was disappointed that I’ve paid over £12 for something that I could get new or better condition. Upon contacting seller, they’ve responded to my messages and issued partial refund. So the service needs a little bit of improvement.

  The hardback book is ex library, as described, but in very good condition save a few scuffs and a little battering on the outside corners of the spine. It was an excellent price. Delivery was on time. The item was handed to me, which is good as it had minimal packaging (just a plastic bag) and would have got damaged had it been posted through the letter box and fallen to the floor. I would definitely feel comfortable buying from the seller in the future.

  The item (a second-hand textbook) arrived promptly. Unfortunately, the seller sent me a paperback edition of the book. The book was listed as a hardback. I contacted them about this, and they promptly gave me a full refund. I did not have to return the book to them. In spite of their error, the book was still very cheap (£4.41 used as opposed to £26 new). The book was in good condition. Thank you.
