  First, communication. Prior to purchase sent request to vendor, his response was accurate and almost immediately. Second, product. I needed a specific size golf impact screen, this was almost exactly. I hadn't thought about, but found it also needed to be pretty light. Vendor's response gave me informi needed. Third, delivery. While system stated it would approx 7 days for delivery. Contacted vendor, he allowed product would be there in two days, it was. It's early, but 100% satisfied now

  At first this item said delivered and it wasn’t. But what had happened was the USPS had sent it though Amazon because it was a battery so they could not delivery it. Now that I have it I LOVE it.
