  I ordered 2 pair of the sherbets, for a total of 4. Unfortunately 1 arrived broken. I don’t see how it could have broken because the packaging was excellent. The seller was quick to respond and although she couldn’t replace the broken one, she did have some similar pieces to offer me. I would definitely buy from this seller again. She went out of her was to please me.

  My order got lost by the USPS with no movement for two weeks. We finally decided to file a claim and of course it shows up today! (Shipped 2/23, arrived 3/17.) But seller was kind and responsive and helpful. I love the item! So happy the P.O. located it!
