  received today, as described, ok packaging, the corner of the long envelope was already torn a bit after delivery but at least the tension rods were in its plastic bag. easy to adjust the rod length & quite sturdy, best for light curtains or items. good price for a 2-pack; recommend this vendor, thanks!

  The post office messed up on my delivery and sent my item back to the “bestumart”. “Bestumart” was very helpful (though it wasn’t their fault) and refunded my money for the purchase immediately before I even asked. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ customer service! 🫡

  I have written the seller 3xs. The item was diff from what I purchased. The pic was diff than what I recieved. When I 1st ordered them, the pic matched what I wanted. Then the pic was changed during transit. I contacted the seller and told them about the mess up. They still havnt replied. I have not recieved my money backThis kind of seller is why I quit using ebay before.im so upset about this.i told the seller I was giving them the chance to make things right. They have done nothing.
