  The product is fine but I needed it in three days and paid for expedited shipping. Originally would been there on time but a day after payment the arrival time was extended another few days. I reached out to the seller to ask for an adjustment on the shipping costs and never heard back. I now have the product a few days after I needed it.

  Wrong item was sent. Contacted shipper three times with no response. Also sent a message that I had no choice but to leave a negative response. So I received the wrong item and they made no attempt to resolve the problem or respond to my messages. It was a gift item for a friend that enjoyed the show. Went to Amazon and got the item I wanted at a cheaper price without incident.
