  Item was damaged in shipping contacted seller who responded quickly and made arrangements for new item to be shipped with extra precautions on packaging to ensure no damage. Really appreciated quick response and concern in making it right. Would recommend them just for their great communication and customer service but have to say item was adorable as well.

  Highly recommended seller due to great communication when things go wrong, as in this case, even though I did not receive the product that I ordered due to the excellent communication by the seller I was able to receive a full refund. Which still deserves positive feedback. 5stars.

  I would not trust this seller he states AUS Stock but I do not believe that, took over 3 weeks to come from NSW to QLD blamed it on the Del company He had not even sent it from warehouse / China for nearly 2 weeks after receiving payment and only because I messaged and said to send it Unreliable and deceitful NOT HAPPY will never purchase from this seller again Also the case is cheap and NASTY just a piece of foil wrap .

  We sent it in time.But BNE had affected due to rainstorm and flood during that time. So the shipping is delay. We are also helpless about this issue. The parcel delivered finally.
