  Very happy with the quality and condition of the rug runner and the selling price. Very disappointed with the service. When purchased the delivery time was 3 to 5 days from ordering. Delivery was over six days longer than quoted. Tracking was available but did not work, including ParcelForce details. Contacted the seller, who responded to each message but did NOT address the issues I raised with any satisfaction. There was also NO mention of Poland being the supplier in the details.

  Lovely rug, arrived in great condition/packed well. Good quality and is like the pictures on site and great price. Only one criticism is that I thought it was UK dispatch and tracking wasn't good, but did arrive within the estimated times

  A bit darker than shown however good quality has much improved the entrance hall. Delivery two day's before given date and as we live on a Scottish island in the North Atlantic great service. Would recommend this seller.
