  Initial problems connected with a failure on the part of the shipper, resulted in a need to reverse the transaction but the seller went to extraordinary efforts to keep the sale alive. The resulting outcome has been very impressive with the item being delivered ahead of schedule and fulfilling the buyers wishes considerably. The packaging of the time base corrector was impressive, the unit arrived as described and the sale was of first-rate value. I hope to do business with this company again.

  The Ebay ad photographs accurately represented the physical appearance of this used item, so I was happy about that, and that the unit was fully functional, as advertised. The only slight disappointment was the order was shipped in 5 days whereas the ad said it would ship in one day, however I think it was worth the wait, because I have never seen a better packaged used item. It was very professionally done, which helped ensure it arrived in working condition as it was shipped across the US.
