Hopefully I'll be able to straighten it out. I'd rather have paid a few pence more for a an envelope with some backing/strength to it.

It had the correct house number and street name but then just said 'Hereford' and the postcode (which fortunately was correct). I don't live in Hereford, I live in Ross-on-Wye in Herefordshire which is over 16 miles from the city of Hereford itself !
