    Great eBayer. Fast shipping. Great Parker 15 (Jotter) fountain pen. Listing stated "NOS" and "NIP." The package was open and the pen was used and had an empty (dried up) ink cartridge installed. The nib was crusty and discolored from years of having dried ink inside. After a thorough bath in the ultrasonic cleaner, the pen was like new! Zero communication from this seller. Writes beautifully! Thank you

    The item arrived quickly and was very well packaged. The item was not exactly as described however the seller took immediate action to address the issue and make certain that I was happy with my purchase.     Although package came broken, the seller was nothing but cooperative with me once I told them about the situation and issued a full refund immediately. Very kind and seems to be much more worried about quality of the product for buyers than profit. Great seller.

    The used vacuum was in excellent condition, as shown in the photos. It was compactly shipped disassembled, with an instruction sheet for reassembly (thank you!). The vacuum works, as stated. (I delayed leaving feedback because I had to get bags; I contacted the seller to explain, and they were gracious and replied quickly.) Pleased with this purchase and impressed by the seller.
