  The item I received was exactly as described. I was able to install and test the burner switch and it's working fine. Ben's Appliances is reliable and communicated with me quickly when I had questions before purchasing. I am saving this vendor and will buy again when I need what they have.   These people are first class . I jumped the gun on an expensive relay board and my order was processed but about to be shipped and found out the problem with my whirlpool range was a 12$ fuse . They abruptly refunded my card and stopped my order when they really didn’t have to . Great customer service and they answer the phone. 10 out of 10 !
