Great and accurate description of product and measurements were very accurate. Great packaging and fast and reliable delivery dates and times. Great seller and I would buy again from seller.

  Item does not match description. Does not have adhesive backing. Offered me a partial refund of which I accepted. Ebay did not help. Seller said that postage return was my cost again this contravenes ebay policy. Seller was pleasant enough to deal with. obviously generic images of items description does not match product of which seller was probably not aware.

  The listing name and pictures imply you're getting a whole light set. I didnt realise there was a drop down menu and the default was set to sending only a tripod, the full set was actually out of stock. Messaged the store and told to buy the other parts separate - but they're sold out. Misleading listing. Had to buy the remaining parts elsewhere.
