  There was a sound-quality problem with the talking clock, making it difficult to understand and unusable for my husband. But the seller was great to work with and offered the option of returning the clock or receiving a discount. After considering the time/effort plus the cost of the return-shipment, I chose to take the discount. The seller was very gracious, processed the discount quickly and followed up to ensure I had received notification of the discount. Overall, a very good experience.

  Thank you for your positive feedback. Since I had never used the item I was definitely sorry that the sound quality did not work in terms of your husband and his hearing impairment. I hope you find a good or better solution for him so he can have a good quality of life. I would check your state government for services for the hearing impaired. Many times, they have equipment for free for those with hearing difficulties. Like I said, my mother got a device free to help her to hear there.
