  Item shipped super fast and was well packaged to protect against damage and the elements. Due to ***no*** fault of the seller, item was temporarily lost in USPS systems, and seller was both quick to respond and to offer help for my Lost Package search. Item's exactly as pictured, in fantastic shape, and well priced. Shadow High brand fashions are currently great quality, and this coat's so pretty! I'm glad I was able to buy it separate since I don't want the doll, but love this coat! Thank you!

  The quality of the doll is immaculate and since she was wrapped and packaged nicely she came in great condition. Her face is lovely and as a Rainbow High doll she is as valuable and as lovely as the Rainbow High dolls typically are. There was a delay with delivery but I was able to get in contact with the seller and they were able to help get down to the issue pretty quickly.

  Great experience with seller. The doll clothing and shoes were carefully packed, neatly preserved, and like new. The pictures and descriptions were accurate. Ordering was a quick and easy process.
