  Everything from start to finish was EXCELLENT for this order! The shoes were obviously brand new, and for the price?? Can't beat it! The packaging was also great, as it was a shoebox INSIDE of another good quality box. I've ordered Ooofos from Amazon before, and they were delivered in plastic only!! THANK YOU for the GREAT job!

  I had purchased from them before & had Great results.This last order they sent the wrong item.I email them & sent pics, they respond a few days later &ask for pics, I send them again.This goes on for a week or so&they can never tell me if they even have the correct item I ordered.Every response is days later& lots of repeat asking for same info.They finally send a return label for USPS.I mail the items back.No response.I email, they insist they aren't received. Pretty positive I'm out $80...
