  The item is something that was sold years ago, and that's why I was having trouble finding it, so I turned to trusty eBay. It's new and in the original packaging. If it lasts 1/2 as long as the ones I am replacing, I'll be fine with that. The seller was very responsive and answered my questions quickly. The door pull was packaged and sent out immediately because it took just a couple of days to get here. Packaging was perfect for the product I purchased. Would highly recommend this seller.
