  I ordered an item that I never got. I have reached out several times and left messages to the seller and never got a response back to fix this issue. It has been over a month now since I placed my order with the seller. I have now had to have eBay step in to refund my money. Will never buy from this seller again!!!!

  Hello! Sorry for the issue with reply. We had closed the store for a few months due to a big move and were not aware of the issue/messages. We did issue a full refund for this order.

  Order product price and service was great. Received product 2 items were wrong contacted seller he during a very busy Black Friday weekend got every straightened out and shipped in a reasonable amount of time will certainly do business with them again. Goog products and Excellent Service.

  Items are authentic. Items are also in brand new condition in box as described. My package was shipped fast and the items were wrapped in small bubble wrap pouches to ensure safe transit as they are fragile makeup items. The seller has a great selection of items at great prices. It is evident this Seller cares about customers and their beauty needs. Ultimately, I had an amazing shopping experience and would definitely shop with this seller again. Thank you for everything!

  Didn't ship out until I asked why not, which was five days after I purchased. Other than that, once I asked, shipped out to me the next day (day 6), arrived well-wrapped & intact, and I'm enjoying the purchase. TY!
