  The product I ordered wasn’t what I wanted and I requested a refund the seller said my reasons weren’t valid i got no refund for the product and couldn’t ise this product thats very bad not to consider peoples opinion about ur business the customer service is very poor and don’t care about theri clients

  The item shipped to me was not what I ordered. I ordered the Morgan's Pomade 3.53 oz jar (containing an amber-colored paste) as shown on the website. I received instead the 3.38 flu oz jar which contains an off-white oily cream. These are totally different products. I would like to have the 3.53 oz jar as advertised or otherwise receive a refund.
