  Unfortunately deciding to leave neutral feedback. The seller shipped 5 days after purchase and when I sent a question for the tracking information I did not receive a reply. I understand sometimes life gets busy bit a quick reply would have made all the difference. After the later than anticipated shipping, USPS then took forever to get the item to me. The item is exactly as described and arrived in excellent condition.

  I have declined payment with you for this item. On Dec. 19th, 2024, I ordered and paid you for the Josie Maran Mandarin Nectar Body Oil, for $14.79 (order # 14-12478-36024). It never arrived, see USPS Tracking # 9400108105463270905219. I sent 2 messages asking if you could resent the order---NO Reply. Anyway, I didn't really want the Carmel Apple Body Oil that I recently ordered, but at least I finally got something back in return for my payment.
